Girls’ Basketball: This week begins the County Tournament. Both teams will take on Milford. The bus time for the 7th grade is 4:30 with a 5:30 tip off at Watseka. The 8th grade will have a 3:45 bus time and a 5:45 tip off with a game in Clifton.
Boys’ Basketball: Practice after school from 3:45 to 5:15 pm.
Cheerleading: Cheer practice tonight from 5:15 – 6:45 pm in the multi-purpose room.
Youth Basketball: Forms for Youth Basketball were handed out yesterday at lunch. If you did not receive a form, they are in the information center in the Cafeteria. The Youth League will only be for 6th Grade Boys and Girls who are interested in playing.
PE: 8th grade students bring something to write with to class.
Student Council: Just a reminder for student council members, there will be a meeting Wednesday morning at 7:45 in Ms. Karner‘s room.
Fundraising: Student council will be selling Country Meat Sticks for $1 each. You may buy them from any student council member or from Ms. Karner in room 338. Please only buy them before/after school, during passing periods, or during lunch. Only eat them in class if you have permission from your teachers! Thanks for supporting your IWMS student council!
Campus Life: Campus Life is starting a new series called “my profile”. If you are interested in attending the group, be at the Garage tonight from 630-8pm. Tim hopes to see you there!!!
Art Club: 7th grade art club will meet this Wednesday (11/7) after school until 4:30pm.
Library Fines: Remember, if you have a library fine, you need to pay that fine immediately!!!
Fact of the Day: The official color of the Golden Gate Bridge is called International Orange. So much for making it Golden!!!
LUNCH FOR TODAY: Monday – Chicken tacos on tortilla shell, refried beans, pineapple, cinnamon goldfish, and milk.
Tuesday – Salisbury steak, noodles, sweet potatoes, applesauce, dinner roll, & milk.
