Girls’ Basketball:  Congratulations to the 7th grade Lady Raiders as they advance in the County Tournament.     The Raiders will play Watseka in the 7th Grade County Championship at 5:30 on Wednesday.  

Boys’ Basketball:  The Raiders will take on the Mustangs of Ridgeview this evening here in Onarga.  Tip off will occur at 5:30 pm. Good Luck, Raiders!!!

Cheerleading:  Game Tonight! 

Youth Basketball: Forms for Youth Basketball were handed out yesterday at lunch. If you did not receive a form, they are in the information center in the Cafeteria. The Youth League will only be for 6th Grade Boys and Girls who are interested in playing.   

PE: All students need to have PE clothes and all belongings with them for Health. This week will be a combination of both classes in the gym.

Student Council:  Just a reminder for student council members, there will be a meeting Wednesday morning at 7:45 in Ms. Karner‘s room.

Fundraising:  Student council will be selling Country Meat Sticks for $1 each. You may buy them from any student council member or from Ms. Karner in room 338. Please only buy them before/after school, during passing periods, or during lunch. Only eat them in class if you have permission from your teachers! Thanks for supporting your IWMS student council!

FANNIE MAY:  Orders can be taken until Monday November 12!  Remember this fundraiser pays for field trips and class parties at the end of the year!  Please do your part and take some orders!

Art Club: 7th grade art club will meet this Wednesday (11/7) after school until 4:30 pm.  

Library Fines:  Remember, if you have a library fine, you need to pay that fine immediately!!!  

Fact of the Day:  Abraham Lincoln was the tallest US president, standing 6’4”.  James Madison was our smallest president, standing a foot smaller than Lincoln at 5’4”.  In almost every presidential election, the taller candidate has won. Wonder if that is a coincidence?  

LUNCH FOR TODAY:  Salisbury steak, noodles, sweet potatoes, applesauce, dinner roll, & milk.
