Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball: All Raider Basketball teams will play this evening in Gardner. 7th Grade girls will play at 4:30, the 7th grade boys will play at 5:30, 8th grade girls will play at 6:30 and the 8th grade boys will play at 7:30. Bus times for the 7th grade players will be 2:50 and the 8th grade will be 4:15. The theme for fans is a BLUE out so if you plan to attend the game, make sure you wear BLUE!
Cheerleading: Please meet in Mrs. Izquierdo’s room after school today!!!
Youth Basketball: Forms for Youth Basketball were handed out yesterday at lunch. If you did not receive a form, they are in the information center in the Cafeteria. The Youth League will only be for 6th Grade Boys and Girls who are interested in playing.
Fundraising: Student council will be selling Country Meat Sticks for $1 each. You may buy them from any student council member or from Ms. Karner in room 338. Please only buy them before/after school, during passing periods, or during lunch. Only eat them in class if you have permission from your teachers! Thanks for supporting your IWMS student council!
Red Ribbon Week Themes: We will host Red Ribbon Week at our school for this week. Here are the dress up themes that you may participate in for our building:
Friday, November 2: Raider Day (Break out the Raider Gear)
Music: Students will perform at 9:30 at the Antique & Craft Show tomorrow at the high school. Call time is 9:15 in the high school music room and parents are invited to watch the students perform and check out the craft show.
Library Fines: Remember, if you have a library fine, you need to pay that fine immediately!!!
Fact of the Day: The Titanic crew had no binoculars, which may have helped them see the iceberg. They were inside a locker in the captain’s hold and the key had been lost.
