| Track: On Saturday at Bishop McNamara the7th and 8th Grade Boys along with the 7th Grade Girls all placed second out of 8 teams. The 8th Grade Girls brought home 3rd place. Tonight: Practice from 3:30-5:00 pm at Nexus Track. |
| Football: Weight Lifting will continue tonight from 3:30-5:00 and continue on M, T, W, and Thursdays each week. You can ride the 8th Grade Gilman Bus to the HS each night if you plan to play football and want to attend these sessions. (8th Graders Only) |
| Scholastic Bowl: Varsity and JV matches tonight at Milford 4:00 pm. Bus time is 3:00 pm and participants will be dismissed from 5th hour at 2:50 pm. |

Fact of the Day: There are two types of eagles that are directly protected by federal law: Bald Eagles and Golden Eagles. They are protected under the Eagle Protection Act and the Migratory Bird Treaty Act. Eagles may not be kept as pets and can only be housed in federal sanctuaries. Did you know that it is also illegal to possess or sell eagle feathers in the United States.
