Boys’ Basketball:  7th and 8th Grade Games at GCMS tonight starting at 5:30 pm.   Bus time is 4:15 pm and players may stay after school in the library to be supervised by coaches. 
Cheerleading:  Practice from 3:30-5:00 pm in the multi-purpose room.
Wrestling:  Open mat wrestling will take place tonight at Nash and again on Nov. 17 and Nov. 21 from 4:00-5:30 pm.   IW Wrestlers must have a current physical on file to attend open mats.   Official practice will begin on Nov. 28 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Nash.  
Girls’ Basketball:  Both the 7th and 8th graders defeated Nash last night at home!   Tonight:  7th and 8th Grade Home Games Vs. Tri-Point at 5:30 pm.  It is 8th Grade Night!   8th grade players will be recognized at halftime of the 7th grade game (around 6:00 pm.)   6th/7th:  Arrive by 4:45 pm.   8th grade:  Arrive by 5:15 pm. 
Student Council: Our Toys for Tots Drive has kicked off! Please bring in new, unwrapped toys to give to children in need.Holiday Pop tab challenge: Starting today through Dec. 14th grade levels will compete to bring in the most pop tabs this holiday season. Bins can be found in the multipurpose/ serving room.  

Special Events at Games:  TODAY:    Nov. 15th Girls 8th grade night      Nov 18th Food pantry night for the Boy’s basketball game.  Anybody who brings a FOOD PANTRY ITEM will get a raffle ticket.  Middle School Raider Rowdies- Wear White for WHITE OUT

Art Club:   Will continue TODAY for 7th graders!

Homework Club:  Students, Tuesdays & Thursdays we will host Homework club from after school to 4PM.  This will be hosted in Mrs. Gorbett’s room. 

ILMEA:  “Congratulations to Paige Miller and Aubrey Schmidt on their performances on Saturday at the ILMEA Music Festival at Olivet Nazarene University! The students auditioned and were selected to rehearse and perform a concert with other students chosen throughout many Illinois schools for this event. Congratulations Paige and Aubrey!!!”
