Fact of the Day: It was on this day, 20 years ago that our nation was under attack. Not only was the Trade Center, the Pentagon, and Flight 93 attacked, but all of our freedom and liberty were attacked. Reports vary but the tally of lives lost sits around 2,977 people. Most were civilians but we lost 344 firefighters, 71 police officers, and 55 military personnel on September 11, 2001. Please join me in a moment of silence for all those lost 20 years ago, today. Thank you and may we never forget 9/11 and the courageous people lost on that day.
