Student Council: Please check Google Classroom for updates! If you are running for office, you must turn in your application and speech to Mrs. Sawinski by Monday, September 16. All Student Council Members will meet in the library during Advisory on Wednesday, September 18.
Campus Life: Campus Life club next Monday 630-8 at The Garage. We also have our kickoff this year coming this Saturday the 14th. We will have a paint war at GES ball field at 6pm, followed by pizza at The Garage pavilion.
Thought of the Day: The fear of Friday the 13th is known as paraskevidekatriaphobia. On Friday the 13th, airline lose a lot of profits because of people who fear to fly on this day. Fittingly enough, Alfred Hitchcock was born on Friday the 13th (I know that only the teachers would understand). And, in Italy, Friday the 17th is actually more feared than Friday the 13th…probably because Dizzy Dean of the Cardinals wore that number for the MLB…(Mr. Ehmen, grasping at straws).
