Homecoming and IOUs

Homecoming is approaching and per our Handbook, all IOUs must be paid before purchasing Homecoming Tickets. We will be mailing fee statements with any outstanding balances. Please refer to our handbook…

“Part I. ADMITTANCE TO DANCES
Students attending dances must be academically eligible.  Before attending any school dances, students must clear their accounts with the high school office.  If a student is making an attempt to pay any IOUs through partial payments, admittance will be granted.  Any student attending Prom must have their class dues paid in full.  Students bringing a date who is not a student at Iroquois West High School must have their date fill out a “Date Request Form.”  Visiting students without a completed “Date Request Form” on file will not be allowed to attend an Iroquois West High School dance.  Eligible participants must be under the age of 21. Participant approval will be determined by administration.  Iroquois West High School dances are restricted to Iroquois West High School students who attend our campus (excluding homeschool students).  Students attending the dance must be in attendance the entire school day prior to the dance.”

In addition, Skyward did not add the “activity fee” at the beginning of the year. Therefore, if it has not been paid already, we have added the “Activity” fee to students account who participate in any athletic activity. This should also be paid before attending Homecoming. Please check your student’s accounts.
All date request forms must be turned in by September 9th. Homecoming dance tickets will go on sale September 12th through September 16th.
