Announcement for Monday: Students, as you are all aware, school for the rest of the week has been closed. This is for the best in the current situation. Today, your teachers will be going over our E-Learning plan. Please be focused on these discussions and please ask questions if you have them. For this week, you will not need to complete this E-Learning Packet this week. It is being sent if future time off is deemed necessary.
Seriously consider taking this time to do something unique and memorable. Maybe read a book, pick up an instrument, take up an art or a craft. You could use this time to build or put something together. The biggest thing would be to again use this time to do something special.
Please check your email and Google classroom at least twice a week. Look for any updates on these platforms. Moreover, just know that you are safe and that we are trying to navigate this time, together.
High School Cheer: Any 8th grader that is interested in cheering for next year, please grab a form in the Information Center by the cafeteria.
Freshman Shoe Drive: The IW Freshman class is conducting a shoe collection drive from March 1 to April 30. Simply donate worn, used or new shoes. You can leave your donation in the box in the main office here at IWMS.
Freshman Step Up Night: 8th graders and your parents: Freshman Step Up Night will be Tuesday, March 31. It will be hosted at the high school from 6PM to 7:30PM in the gym. 8th graders should attend this evening to get more information about next year.
IWHS Spring Musical: Students, this musical has been postponed till further notice.
