Boys’ Basketball:  Congrats to the Boys’ Team last night on both your victories.  

Volleyball:  Please note that volleyball sign-ups are on the office door.  Any girl interested in playing volleyball this year, please sign up and remember that you need a physical, an insurance release, and an activity pass ($40) to play.   

Geo Bee: Test your knowledge in a competition against other IWMS students about US states, locations of countries and rivers, weird world facts, and more! If you are interested in competing in the IWMS geography bee in January come see Ms. Karner in room 338 to sign up, get your information, and your study materials! 

Student Council: Student Council is hosting Toys for Tots this year, and toy collection will take place next week! You’ll get more information from your Advisory teachers on Monday. Just keep in mind that you want YOUR Advisory to collect the most toys for donation!

The Arm Wrestling Competition will commence in about TEN MINUTES in the gym. I will dismiss you when we’re ready to get started. If you’d still like to participate, bring $1 to the gym and hand it to Mrs. Sawinski. She’ll write your name down.

 Dance:  The Fall Dance will be held tonight from 6:30 to 8:30PM.  The doors will open at 6:30. Remember, you can prepay for this event and the cost for entry is $5.00.  There will also be concessions. If you have not paid your library fine, you will not be able to attend this dance.  Please make sure that all library fines have been paid!!!  

Local Event:  The Life Church of Gilman has purchased tickets for the Dead Serious About Life event on Saturday, November 16 and Sunday, November 17 and donated them for Iroquois West students. The entrance fee is $7 a ticket, but if you are interested in a free ticket, there are some available in the office, first come first serve.

Cheerleading: No practice today.  

Jazz Band:  Jazz Band will be from 7:30am-8:00am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Fanny May Candy:  Please do not forget to be selling delicious, gourmet Fanny May chocolates.  The order window wraps up on Monday, November 18. Remember, if you sell 10 boxes, you will be rewarded also on your Locker Rocker with 5 points.  Let’s sell as much as we can so we can ride in style to our field trips!!! Happy Selling!!!

Homework Club: Homework club is on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:20-4:20 in Mrs. Carley’s room.
