Track & Field: Twin County Conference Track Meet today at Watseka 3 pm. (We will see if the weather cooperates!)
PE: All students need to bring their Chromebooks with them to class today.
Student Council: We will be having a meeting on Wednesday May 1st at 7:45 am. Please plan to attend!
Cheer: If you are interested in trying out for middle school cheerleading, signups are on the office door. Practice dates will be May 13, 15, and 16 and tryouts will be on May 21st from 3:30 – 5:00. You must have a current physical on file in the office prior to tryouts.
7th Grade Math: RTI students should have received an e-mail from Mr. Kimmel last night about your latest Star Math Test result. This e-mail will tell you whether to report back to Exploratory classes or RTI today.
Mid-Term: Don’t forget that Friday was midterm.
Friday: Friday is a half-day of attendance for students. Please remember that there will be no lunch on Friday since we will be dismissing at 11:30 here at IWMS.
Homework Club: Tuesday & Thursday this week from 3:20-4:20 pm.
Library Fines: Remember, if you have a library fine, you need to pay that fine immediately!!!
Fact of the Day: On this date in 1986, Roger Clemens of the Boston Red Sox struck out 20 batters from the Seattle Mariners. He is the only pitcher in MLB history to do so. Weirdly enough, 10 years later, Clemens struck out 20 batters, again.
